I was skeptical about fitting both my 16" laptop and a bunch of cables into those 6 internal pockets, but everything has a spot and the expandable 21L capacity has been a lifesaver for grocery runs after work. It feels noticeably lighter on my shoulders than my old pack, too.
The water resistance is the selling point for me—my commute’s been soaked lately and everything inside stays dry, even with the 16" laptop sitting in its own spot. That expandable 21L zipper is a nice bonus for groceries, though I mostly use the six pockets to keep my keys and charger from tangling.
Expanded it to 21L for a weekend trip and it swallowed everything without feeling bulky. The 16" laptop slot is snug and secure, and the water-resistant fabric shrugged off a sudden downpour.
